How to report a possible error
Identify the page URL, the exact statement at issue, why it may be inaccurate, and any supporting source. Reports may be made through the contact page or by calling the Pittsburgh office at 412-900-8250. Do not send confidential case information merely to report a website correction.
How corrections are evaluated
The firm or its designated reviewer compares the reported statement with the retained source record and, when needed, current statutes, court materials, agency guidance, regulator records, or firm documentation. A material change receives a new content hash and must be reviewed again before an earlier approval can be treated as current.
A correction may revise, clarify, remove, consolidate, redirect, or withdraw content. Routine spelling, formatting, and design changes may be made without changing the substance of the page.
What the correction record preserves
The internal correction record identifies the affected page, reported issue, supporting source, correction date, responsible reviewer, and updated version. Dates are not changed merely to make old material appear new.
